摘要
随着我国城市发展速度不断加快,我国城市交通压力也不断提升。城市轨道交通是解决城市交通压力的重要结构设施,对于城市发展而言具有重要意义。在城市轨道交通项目施工过程中,存在着施工风险,开展施工风险管理工作对于城市轨道建设有着重要的意义。本文通过对城市轨道交通项目施工过程中存在的风险进行分析,提出了科学的城市轨道交通项目施工风险管理对策。
With the speeding of urban development in China,the traffic pressure in China's cities has also been continuously improved. Urban rail transit is an important structural facility to solve urban traffic pressure and is of great significance for urban development.In the construction process of urban rail transit projects,there are construction risks,and the implementation of construction risk management work is of great significance for urban rail construction.Through the analysis of the risks existing in the construction of urban rail transit projects,a scientific risk management strategy for urban rail transit construction is proposed.
