摘要
在中央城镇化工作会议中,习近平同志指出,积极推进市、县规划体制改革,探索能够实现"多规合一"的方式方法。在相关的规划方案中,我国基于宁夏试点,充分考虑现阶段地方的工作基础及工作条件,在空间规划试点中纳入了7个省份,分别是贵州、广西、福建、江西、浙江、河南、吉林。中央测绘地理信息机构立即执行,提前进行了策划,和很多省份签订了省级空间性的"多规合一"试点工作协议。本文对测绘地理信息"多规合一"服务进行研究,提出了一些策略。
At the Central Urbanization Work Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward actively promoting the reform of the city and county system and exploring ways to realize the integration of multiple plans.In the relevant planning scheme,it is clearly pointed out that based on the pilot project in Ningxia,the local work basis and working conditions are fully considered at the present stage,and seven provinces are included in the spatial planning pilot project,namely Guizhou,Guangxi,Fujian,Jiangxi,Zhejiang,Henan and Jilin. The central geographic information surveying and mapping institutions immediately implemented,planned ahead of time,and signed provincial spatial multiple-plan integration pilot work agreement with many provinces.This paper studied how to carry out" multiple-plan integration" by means of the surveying and mapping of geographic information and puts forward corresponding strategy.
