10kV交联电缆终端解剖装置

摘要 近年来,随着电缆线路投运数量的增加,电缆终端头故障频发,电缆终端头制作工艺成为电缆可靠运行的关键因素。电缆终端头的标准化工艺流程结合终端解剖装置,将大大提高电缆终端制作效率和水平。文章通过对电缆终端制作现状和工艺流程进行分析,提出10kV交联电缆终端解剖装置的设计方式。通过改进解剖装置,提高电缆制作效率和工艺水平,减轻劳动强度,供相关人员参考。 In recent years, with the increase of the number of cable lines, the failure of cable terminal occurs frequently, and the manufacturing technology of cable terminal has become the key factor for the reliable operation of cable. The standardized technological process of the cable terminal combined with the terminal anatomical device will greatly improve the production efficiency and level of the cable terminal. Based on the analysis of the present situation and technological process of cable terminal manufacture, this paper puts forward the design mode of 10kV cross-linked cable terminal anatomy device. By improving the anatomical device, the cable production efficiency and technological level are improved, and the labor intensity is reduced, which can be used as a reference for the relevant personnel.
