摘要
为减少大气污染排放,打好蓝天保卫战,北方地区陆续开展农村地区清洁采暖规划编制工作。对该类规划的编制技术路线作了归纳总结,同时对具体项目规划编制过程中遇到的核心技术问题进行分析,提出解决方法,供同类规划编制人员参考。
In order to reduce air pollution emissions and fight for the protection of the blue sky,clean heating planning in rural areas has been carried out in northern China.This paper summarizes the technical routes of this kind of planning,and analyses the core technical problems encountered in the process of specific project planning,and puts forward solutions for the reference of similar planning staffs.
