摘要
以福建省某装配整体式剪力墙结构高层住宅为例,详细介绍了该装配式混凝土建筑的设计内容及流程、预制构件拆分、预制构件的深化设计等,并提出各环节的控制要点。如:方案阶段,建筑平面、立面应如何采用标准化、模数化、系列化方法设计;构件拆分应如何满足建筑使用功能、模数、标准化的要求;结构受力应如何合理,满足构件生产、运输、吊装可行性和便利性要求。深化设计应如何满足构件生产、运输、吊装的可行性和便利性要求及构造要求。
Taking a high-rise building with assembled integral shear wall structure in Fujian Province as an example, the design content and process of the assembled concrete building, the separation of prefabricated components and the deepening design of prefabricated components are introduced in detail, and the control points of each link are put forward. For example, in the scheme stage, how to design the building plane and elevation by standardization, modularization and serialization;how to meet the requirements of building use function, modulus and standardization in component splitting;how to reasonably stress the structure to meet the requirements of the feasibility and convenience of component production, transportation and hoisting. Deepening design should meet the requirements of feasibility, convenience and structure of component production, transportation and hoisting.
