摘要
论述了微米级干雾抑尘装置研发的必要性,介绍了干雾抑尘装置的工作原理、系统流程,结构特点、主要技术参数及使用方法;在某选煤厂的工业应用表明,该装置具有抑尘能力较大、耗水量小、无二次污染、节能环保、占地面积小、全自动控制、操作方便、运行和维护费用低等特点,同时可减少企业煤炭损失量,避免尘肺病危害,降低作业场所粉尘爆炸几率,减少生产设备及消防设备投入,具有较好的经济和社会效益。
The necessity of research and development of micron-level dry mist dust suppression device is discussed.The working principle,system process,structural characteristics,main technical parameters and operation methods of dry mist dust suppression device are introduced. The industrial application in a coal preparation plant shows that the device has the characteristics of large dust suppression capacity, small water consumption,no secondary pollution,energy saving and environmental protection,small footprint,fully automatic control,convenient operation, low operation and maintenance cost,and at the same time. It can reduce the coal loss of the enterprise,avoid the hazard of pneumoconiosis, reduce the probability of dust explosion in the work sites,reduce the investment in production equipment and fire-fighting equipment,and have good economic and social benefits.
