摘要
目的:观察靳三针疗法结合麦粒灸治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的效果。方法:68例随机分为两组各34例,两组均用靳三针疗法治疗,观察组加用麦粒灸治疗。结果:治疗后观察组Ashworth痉挛分级明显降低,且降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组日常生活活动能力评分升高,临床痉挛指数评分降低,改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:靳三针疗法结合麦粒灸治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫可提高疗效,且安全性高。
Objective:To observe the effect of Jin three-needle therapy combined with wheat-grain moxibustion on spastic hemiplegia after stroke. Method: 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Jin three-needle therapy and the observation group were treated with wheat grain moxibustion. Result: After treatment, the Ashworth spasm grade was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the activity index of daily living activity increased and the clinical sputum index score decreased. The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jin three-needle therapy combined with wheat-grain moxibustion could improve the curative effect on spastic hemiplegia after stroke, with high safety.
