摘要
制革生产过程中会产生大量的固体废弃物,其排放会对环境造成不良影响,同时固体废弃物不能有效处理也成为制约皮革行业发展的瓶颈问题,对其资源化利用研究也成为近年来关注的重点。胶原纤维是皮革的主要成分,是一种具有独特性质的天然生物材料。胶原基碳材料作为一种源自天然产物的多孔碳材料,具有高亲水性,高比表面积等特性,已在吸附材料、电极材料等方面显示出巨大的应用前景。因此,从长远来看,开发胶原基碳材料可以有效的解决目前皮革固体废弃物导致的环境污染问题。本文对近年来生物基质碳材料的制备与应用进行了综述,重点分析了以胶原蛋白为碳源制备多孔碳材料的最新进展。
A large amount of solid waste is produced in leather production, and it lead to environment pollution. This problem limits the development of leather industry. In recent years, how to utilize solid waste has been focused on.Collagen fiber, as the main component of hide and leather, is a the kind of natural biological material with unique properties. Collagen-based carbon material, as a kind of porous carbon material derived from natural products due to high hydrophilicity, high specific surface area and other characteristics. It has been tried to apply in many areas such as adsorption materials, electrode materials, etc. Development of collagen-derived porous carbon may promote solving the leather wastes pollution problems effectively. In this paper, the preparation and application of natural-derived carbon materials in recent years are reviewed, and the latest progress in the preparation of collagen-derived porous carbon materials is emphatically analyzed.
