摘要
东北三省经济增长问题是近年来学界讨论的热点,其中产业结构不协调及升级乏力是制约东北经济活力,并最终造成增长失速的重要因素。本文选取东北三省黑龙江、吉林、辽宁三省从2007至2017年的动态数据,基于偏离-份额分析法进行产业结构特征分析,从而探寻东北三省各个地级市的现状发展问题、产业转型策略。
The economic growth of the three northeastern provinces is a hot topic in the academic circles in recent years. The uncoordinated industrial structure and the weak upgrade are important factors that restrict the Northeast economic vitality and ultimately cause growth stall. This paper selects the dynamic data of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces in the three northeastern provinces from 2007 to 2017, and analyzes the industrial structure characteristics based on the deviation-share analysis method, so as to explore the status quo development and industrial transformation strategies of various prefecture-level cities in the three northeastern provinces.
