摘要
通过深入分析涉氨化工机械设备、设施、装置腐蚀的机理,分析辨识氨腐蚀危害的各种成因,进一步探究涉氨化工设备防腐蚀危害治理方法和途径,从而提出经济可行的防范对策和措施,为管理者、设计人员提供涉氨设备防腐蚀危害新的综合系统思路和方法,以确保相关化工机械设备安全稳定运行。
Through in-depth analysis of the mechanism of corrosion of ammonia-related chemical machinery equipment,facilities and installations,this paper analyzes and identifies the various causes of ammonia corrosion hazards,and further explores the methods and ways to prevent corrosion hazards of ammonia-related chemical equipment,so as to propose economically feasible countermeasures to provide managers and designers with new integrated system ideas and methods for anti-corrosion of ammonia-related equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of related chemical machinery equipment.
