摘要
目的:研究智慧化教务管理系统对住院医师规范化培训教务管理工作效率的影响。方法:采用自身前后对照研究,观察智慧化教务管理系统应用前后对教务管理工作效率和满意度的影响。结果:引入该系统后,在完成同样教务管理各项工作的前提下,各指标耗时显著缩短,满意度显著提高。结论:智慧化教务管理系统是提高教务管理效率和培训质量的有效工具。
Objective:To study the effect of intelligent educational administration system on the management of standardized residency training program (SRTP).Methods: A self-controlled trial was designed to evaluate the effect of the system on the efficiency and satisfaction of SRTP management .Results: Time comsumedofthe management process significantly decreased whereas satisfactory degree improved,which was attributed to the application of the administration system.Conclusion: The intelligent educational administration system is an effective tool of improving educational management and training quality.
