摘要
目的观察连续皮内缝合结合组织胶水(美容缝合)与金属皮钉在全膝关节置换(TKA)切口闭合中的临床效果.方法将2017年1 月至2018年1 月在我科接受TKA手术的38 例患者(26 例单膝、12 例双膝,共50例膝)随机分为两组,每组各19人.将连续皮内缝合结合组织胶水设为实验组,金属皮钉设为对照组.记录各组中每例切口的缝合时间、术后换药次数、术后住院时间、VAS 疼痛评分、Hollander切口愈合评分.结果与对照组相比,虽然实验组切口的闭合时间较长,但其术后换药次数少、住院时间短、Hollander评分高.结论连续皮内缝合结合组织胶水可安全应用于TKA切口的闭合,有助于提高患者满意度.
Objective To investigate clinical effects of continuous intra-dermal suture combined with synthetic tissue glue(cosmetic suture)and skin staples on total knee arthroplasty(TKA)incision closure.Methods 38 patients (26 single knee,12 double knees)who underwent TKA surgery in our department from Jan.2017 to Jan.2018 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=19)and control group(n=19).Patients in experimental group were giv﹣en cosmetic suture and patients in control group were given skin stapler.The suture time,number of postoperative dressings change,postoperative hospital stay,visual analog score(VAS)and Hollander incision healing score were re﹣corded.Results The closure time in experimental group was longer than that in control group with fewer number of postoperative dressings change,short hospital stay and high Hollander score.Conclusion Continuous intra-dermal suture combined with synthetic tissue glue can be safely applied to the closure of TKA incision,which helps to improve patients'satisfaction.
