介绍了某企业副产氯化氢的综合利用措施:用氟化工生产装置副产盐酸代替高纯盐酸用于离子膜电解,三氯乙烯生产装置的副产盐酸经提纯后用于生产三氯氢硅,偏氯乙烯生产装置产生的石灰渣与副产盐酸反应制氯化钙,副产氯化氢还用于生产环氧氯丙烷。
The comprehensive utilization measures of by-product hydrogen chloride in an enterprise were introduced. The by-product hydrochloric acid from fluorine chemical plant was substituted for high purity hydrochloric acid in ion-exchange membrane electrolysis. The by-product hydrochloric acid from trichloroethylene production unit was purified and used to produce trichlorosilane. By-product hydrochloric acid reacted with the lime slag from vinylidene chloride production plant to produce calcium chloride. By-product hydrogen chloride was also used to produce epichlorohydrin.
