摘要
[目的/意义]随着新一轮人工智能研究热潮的兴起,世界主要发达国家率先将发展人工智能作为国家重大战略抓紧规划。因此识别并分析主要国家(地区)人工智能的研究前沿,可以发掘它们的侧重方向、领先优势、协作关系,为科技政策制定提供数据支撑与决策参考。[方法/过程]以WoS核心合集为数据源,按照主题分类采集人工智能研究的文献数据,清洗与区分后,利用Kleinberg突变检测算法、内容分析、术语相似度等方法进行主要国家(地区)研究前沿的识别与分析。[结果/结论]通过对突变术语的检测和分析,发现主要国家(地区)研究前沿及侧重从内容到时间分布上都呈现出与各自经济水平密切相关的特点;通过与全球整体研究前沿进行对比,判别出在引领、同步与追赶全球趋势过程中所处的不同位置及其发展走向;基于突变术语相似度计算方法揭示出各主要国家(地区)之间研究前沿的相似性特征及其隐含的合作关系。
[Purpose/significance]The upsurge of a new-round research on artificial intelligence turns it into the new focus of international competition.Major developed countries have taken the lead in the development of artificial intelligence as their critical national strategy.Therefore,the identification and analysis of research fronts of artificial intelligence in major countries(regions)help explore their research focuses,leading edges and collaborative relationships and also provide data support and decision-making reference for the formulation of science and technology policies.[Methods/process]With the WoS core collection being used as the data source,literature data of artificial intelligence research are classified and collected in accordance with various themes,and the acquired data are cleaned and distinguished.Through such approaches as Kleinberg burst detection,content analysis and term similarity in Citespace,the research fronts in major countries have been identified and analyzed.[Result/conclusion]By the detection and analysis of burst terms,the research fronts and focuses in major countries are proven,in terms of both contents and time distribution,to display characteristics closely related to respective economic levels;by the comparison with the global research front,different statuses and development trends of major countries(regions)are identified in the processes of leading,synchronization and catch-up;by the similarity calculation based on burst terms,similarity characteristics of research fronts as well as secret cooperation in some major countries(regions)are revealed.
