摘要
针对现有冷藏集装箱存在通风结构不合理,箱内温度场分布不均、温度波动大、保鲜效果差等问题,对集装箱进行改造。在箱体内顶部从设备室向后,安装共3级,并且尺寸依次增大的冷量风道;在箱体底部中央设置可以进行双堆垛差压预冷装置。并测试降温速率、差压预冷速率、温度分布和樱桃番茄保鲜效果。结果表明:经改造的果蔬气调集装箱降温110min后可达到0℃,红提葡萄双堆垛差压预冷,可在8h后完全预冷到0℃,降温稳定后,箱体内部温差≤±0.5℃;15d贮藏期内,抑制樱桃番茄呼吸作用、减缓抗坏血酸和可溶性固形物含量的下降。
Aiming at the problems of unreasonable air structure,uneven distribution of temperature field and poor preservation effect due to large temperature fluctuation in the existing refrigerated container.To transform the container,in the top of the box from the equipment room backward,install a total of three stages cooling air duct which the size were increased in turn;A differential pressure precooling device for double stacking can be arranged in the center of the bottom of the box body.The cooling rate,differential pressure cooling rate,temperature distribution and cherry tomato preservation effect were tested.The results showed that the fruits and vegetables in the controlled atmosphere container can reach 0 ℃ after 110 minutes with modification cooling,red grape can be completely precoolled to 0 ℃ after 8 h with double stacking differential pressure precooling.After temperature stabilizing,the internal temperature difference of the box is less than ±0.5 ℃;During the 15 days storage period,the respiration of cherry tomato was inhibited,the content of ascorbic acid and soluble solids were decreased.
