摘要
目的探讨案例分析在护理不良事件管理中的应用效果。方法以国家医院管理研究所的护理不良事件分类为标准,选取我院发生的真实案例进行标准化,组建案例库,每月对发生不良事件的科室进行同类别案例分析,每季度进行院级层面的案例分析,针对相关因素制订整改措施。比较案例分析前(2013年1月-2014年12月)和分析后(2015年1月-2016年12月)不良事件发生率。结果应用案例分析后,护理不良事件发生率由0.115%下降至0.066%(χ~2=18.651,P=0.001)。结论案例分析通过提升护士的风险防范意识,促进医院环境及制度流程的改善,有效降低护理不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of case analysis on nursing adverse events management. Methods Adverse events in a hospital were classified according to the classification standards of nursing adverse events is sued by the National Hospital Management Institute. Those adverse nursing events were pooled together and similar cases from different departments were analyzed every month. Besides,case analysis was conducted every 3 months at the hospital level. Interventions were proposed to eliminate the risk factors. The incidence of adverse events was compared before and after the case analysis. Results After the case analysis,the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased from 0.115% to 0.066%(X^2=18.651,P=0.001). Conclusion Case analysis can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events by enhancing the awareness of risk prevention,promoting the improvement of hospital environment and system process.
