摘要
基于植物检疫实验室非标方法的确认需求,以及口岸检疫执法对检测结果可信度和检测效率的要求,对我国植检实验室非标方法的确认技术进行了初步探索并提出了确认程序。本文可供植检实验室采用非标方法出具报告时参考,以减少非标方法的不规范使用带来的风险。
To meet the requirement for validation of non-standard methods in plant quarantine laboratory, and the requirement for detection reliability and efficiency of law enforcement at ports,preliminary study on the technology of validation of non-standard methods in China plant quarantine laboratory is discussed and a suggested validation procedure is given.This paper provides a reference for using non-standard methods in plant quarantine laboratories,so as to reduce the risk of using invalid methods.
