摘要 采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、正辛醇、异辛烷和活性染料水溶液组成棉纤维染色用反胶束体系。考察了活性染料在SDS/正辛醇/异辛烷和常规水浴中对棉纤维的染色性能。结果表明,以SDS反胶束为染色介质,采用活性翠兰BBGFN对棉纤维染色的较佳工艺条件:反胶束体系增溶水量W0为23,预轧碱15 g/L(织物带液率100%),80℃,80 min。反胶束体系中活性染料染色棉纤维的颜色深度大于常规水浴,但耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度与常规水浴相当。 A reverse micelle system for cotton fiber dyeing was prepared with anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS),octanol,isooctane and water-based reactive dye solution.The dyeing properties of cotton fabric with reactive dyes in SDS/octanol/isooctane reverse micelle system and conventional water bath were discussed.The results showed that the best technological conditions for cotton fiber dyed with reactive turquoise blue B-BGFN in SDS reverse micelle system were as follows:solubilization water amount in reverse micelle system W0=23,prerolling alkali 15 g/L (the liquid ratio of fabric 100%),dyed at 80℃ for 80 min.The color depth of cotton fibers dyed with reactive dyes in reverse micelle system was greater than that in conventional water bath,but the color fastness to rubbing and washing was equal to each other.
