摘要
目的探讨硼替佐米对多发性骨髓瘤患者临床疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法选取2018年1-12月经我院收治的60例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为观察对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。其中对照组常规给予地塞米松+长春地辛+多柔比星治疗,研究组给予硼替佐米+地塞米松治疗。观察两组在治疗后临床疗效和肾功能情况。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05),研究组血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)(86.08±10.28)μmol/L、血清尿素氮(b1ood urea nitrogen,BUN)(6.74±1.22)mmol/L均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者实施硼替佐米治疗效果显著,可有效改善其肾功能,效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and renal function of bortezomib in patients with multiple myeloma. Methods 60 patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dexamethasone + vincristine + doxorubicin routinely, while the study group was treated with bortezomib + dexamethasone. The clinical efficacy and renal function were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33% higher than control group 73.33%(P < 0.05), The SCr and BUN in the study group were lower than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Bortezomib is effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma. It can effectively improve the renal function of patients with multiple myeloma. The effect is remarkable. It is worth popularizing and applying.
