摘要
退耕还林是我国改善生态环境,促进可持续发展的重要工程,具有现实和历史意义。文章就近几年石井镇退耕还林工程取得的巨大成就和出现的问题进行了说明。现阶段,必须落实并完善退耕还林方面的法律法规与法律机制,依法推进退耕还林的进程。
Returning farmland to forest is an important project to improve the ecological environment and promote sustainable development in China, which has realistic and historical significance. This paper describes the great achievements and problems of the project of returning farmland to forestry in Shijing Town in recent years. At the present stage, we must implement and improve the laws, regulations and legal mechanisms of returning farmland to forestry, and promote the process of returning farmland to forestry in accordance with the law.
