摘要
医师专业精神与循证医学分别从其特定的、具体的观点来构建其伦理体系并指导医学实践,但目前对其伦理观点之间的关系尚未充分地探讨。通过对比医师专业精神和循证医学的基本观点,重点从患者自主原则、将患者利益放在首位和社会公平原则三个角度分析两者之间的共通之处,并从医师专业精神的角度对循证医学伦理体系发展提出建议,以期为两者在医学教育和临床实践中的深度融合提供参考。
Both medical professionalism and evidence-based medicine construct their ethical system and guide medical practice through a specific and special viewpoint respectively, but the relationship between their fundamental ethical views has not been fully discussed at present. This study compared the basic ethical perspectives of medical professionalism and evidence-based medicine, discussing the commonalities from the principles of autonomy, primacy of patients' welfare and social justice, and providing suggestions on the development of evidence-based medicine ethics system from medical professionalism's view, so as to promote their deep integration in medical education and clinical practice.
