摘要
目的分析护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年12月~2018年9月我院收治的四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者60例,根据患者入院时间先后平均分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者接受一般护理,研究组患者在一般护理基础上实施针对性护理干预,比较两组患者疼痛程度、护理满意度与肿胀程度。结果研究组患者的轻度疼痛率为87.0%高于对照组的44.0%,中度、重度疼痛率分别为10.0%、3.0%低于对照组的33.0%、23.0%(均P<0.05)。研究组的满意率为97.0%高于对照组的77.0%,肢体肿胀率为6.0%低于对照组的26.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀实施针对性的护理干预,能有效缓解患者疼痛,提升满意度,改善肢体肿胀情况,治疗效果更为理想,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with limb swelling after limb fracture operation. Methods Sixty patients postoperative with limb swelling after limb fractures operation admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the patient admission timewith 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received general care,while patients in the study group performed moretargeted nursing interventions based on general care.The pain level,care satisfaction and swelling degree of the two groups were compared. Results The mild pain score of the study group was 87%,higher than 44% of the control group,and the moderate and severe pain rates were 10% and 3%,respectively,which were much lower than the control group's 33% and 23%( P <0.05 for both).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97%,higher than 77% of the control group.The limb swelling rate was lower than that of the control group(6% vs 26%, P<0.05).The study group showed significant nursing advantages( P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out more targeted nursing intervention can e alleviate the pain of patients,improve patient satisfaction,improve the swelling of patients.The treatment effect is ideal,and worthy for clinical application.
