Objective Observation on the therapeutic effect of tongue-dotting therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on acute cerebral infarction with disorder of consciousness. Methods Eighty subjects were selected for acute cerebral infarction with consciousness disorder diagnosed in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018.According to the random number table method, each 40 cases were assigned to the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing intervention. On the basis of routine treatment and nursing intervention, the experimental group was given targeted intervention treatment with tongue-dotting therapy of Chinese medicine. To observe and compare the GCS score of two groups after one month of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in GCS score between the two groups before treatment ( P>0.05).After one month of treatment the GCS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Tongue-dotting therapy with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction with disorder of consciousness,It is safe and reliable and worthy of further clinical promotion.
