摘要
MTO装置水系统主要存在水洗塔压降升高、水洗水换热器换热效果下降等问题,常用的高压水清洗或加柴油、二甲苯清洗方法处理效果不佳、成本较高、施工安全隐患较大,为此开发了TRD-WT-61型阻垢分散剂。介绍了该阻垢分散剂在不同工况下的应用效果并进行了阻垢分散原因分析,结果显示,加入阻垢分散剂后,水洗塔相关冷换设备运行周期可延长一倍以上,用于稳定水洗塔压差的清洗溶剂用量和使用频次明显降低。结合实际应用情况,对药剂注入方案、工艺调整方案以及相关应急方案提出了合理化建议。
The washing tower and related water system of Methanol to olefin(MTO) industrial plant mainly had two problems in one running cycle: the increase of pressure drop and the decrease of heat transfer effect. There were several traditional treatment methods such as high-pressure water cleaning, diesel oil or xylene cleaning, but they had such drawbacks as poor treatment effect, high cost and high hidden risk of construction safety. TRD-WT-61 scale inhibiting and dispersing agent was developed for overcoming these weaknesses. The application effect of this scale inhibition and dispersing agent under different conditions was introduced, making cause analysis of scale inhibition and dispersing. The result showed that the running periods of related heat exchangers had been greatly prolonged, more than doubled, and the quantity and frequency of organic solvents used for stabilizing differential pressure of washing tower were greatly decreased. The proposal was made to rationalize the agent injection scheme, process adjustment and contingency plan based on practical application conditions.
