摘要
以跨境电商和跨境物流协同影响因素为研究视角,从内驱因素、外驱因素、中介因素、调节因素和协同目标5个一级评价指标维度,协同能力、协同关系、协同环境、协同机制、协同意愿、企业特征、协同预期以及跨境电商与跨境物流协同目标8个二级评价指标维度以及基础设施水平等34个三级评价指标维度,构建了跨境电商和跨境物流协同影响因素的评价指标体系。基于熵值法(EM)和模糊综合评价法(FCEM),构建了跨境电商和跨境物流协同发展影响因素评价模型。对影响跨境电商和跨境物流协同因素的权重、评价等级以及评价等级隶属度分别进行了评价和数值分析。结果显示,协同影响因素评价指标选取合理,基本上符合实际需求。最后,从政府、企业以及行业协会等角度给出了促进跨境电商与跨境物流协同发展的相关策略建议。
From the angle of the factors influencing cross-border e-commerce and logistics collaboration, with 5 primary evaluation indicators, including the internal driver, external driver, mediating factor, adjustment factor and collaborative goal, 8 secondary evaluation indicators, including collaborative ability, collaborative relationship, collaborative environment, collaborative mechanism, collaborative intention, enterprise characteristics, collaborative expectations, and goal of cross- border e- commerce and logistics collaboration, and 34 tertiary evaluation indicators, including infrastructure level etc., this paper establishes an evaluation index system on the influencing factors of cross- border e- commerce and logistics collaboration. Based on the entropy method (EM) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCEM), it constructs an evaluation model on the aforementioned influencing factors, and evaluates and analyzes numerically the weight, evaluation grade and membership degree of the factors. The result shows that the selection of evaluation indexes of the influencing factors is reasonable and can generally meet the actual demand. Finally, it gives relevant suggestions to promote the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics from the perspectives of the government, enterprise and industry association.
