摘要 建立食用植物油中9种农药残留量的分析方法。采用改良后的QuChERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)法进行样品前处理,经气相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(gaschromatography-triplequadrupolemassspectrometer,GC-MS/MS)进行检测。该分析方法采用外标法定量,9种农药的定量限均为5μg/kg,在5μg/kg^100μg/kg范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.99)。在橄榄油、大豆油和精炼棕榈油基质中添加3个不同水平,平均回收率为77.8%~118.1%,相对标准偏差为4.3%~12%。该方法灵敏度高,检测速度快,准确度高,适合食用植物油中9种农药残留量的检测。 A method was established to analyse 9 kinds of pesticide residues in edible vegetable oil. The samples were extracted by improved QuChERS (Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)method, then the 9 kinds of pesticide were analyzed by gas chromatography -triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (GC-MS/MS). The external standard calibration was used for quantification, the limits of quantitation(LOQ) were all 5 μg/kg. Each compound showed a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 5 μg/kg-100 μg/kg(R2>0.99). The averages of recoveries on 3 different levels in olive oil, soybean oil and palm oil were between 77.8 % and 118.1 %, with range of RSD between 4.3 % and 12 %.This method was sensitive, rapid, and accurate, which was suitable for determination of 9 pesticide residues in edible vegetable oil.
