摘要
近年来,随着人民群众不断增长的医疗服务需求与医疗服务能力、医疗保障水平之间的矛盾日益突出,医患纠纷呈现出数量增多、范围扩大、调解难度加大的态势,影响了正常的医疗工作秩序和社会稳定。在医患纠纷的处理方式中,人民调解作为一种第三方的调解方式,以其效率高、效果好的优点越来越受到医患双方的青睐。广西南宁市青秀区医患纠纷人民调解委员会在调解医患纠纷中,积累了一定的经验,但是也还存在不足,在借鉴其他地区先进的调解模式和经验的基础上,应当在机制上进行完善。

The people's mediation committee for doctor-patient disputes in qingxiu district of Nanning city, Guangxi province, has accumulated some experience in mediating doctor-patient disputes, but there are still shortcomings. On the basis of the advanced mediation model and experience in other regions, it should improve the mechanism.
