企业生产性噪声对作业工人听力与心血管系统影响的分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨企业生产性噪声对其作业工人听力和心血管系统的影响。方法:收集2018年上海市吕巷镇21家企业噪声作业工人621人的职业健康体检资料,其中男性415例,平均年龄为(44.43±9.74)岁,平均接触噪声工龄为(6.77±5.86)年;女性206例,平均年龄为(44.27±7.02)岁,平均接触噪声工龄为(5.94±4.77)年。分析听力损伤、高血压和心电图异常检出情况。结果:621名噪声作业工人中,听力损伤的检出率为31.24%,其中男性听力损伤率为35.18%,女性为23.30%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);随着接触噪声工龄的增加,听力损伤检出率呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);高血压和心电图异常检出率随接触噪声工龄增加均呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:噪声对接触噪声工人听力和心血管系统都有严重的影响,应提高对噪声危害的警惕性,并采取相应有效措施预防噪声对作业人员的职业损伤。 Objective: To investigate the influence of enterprise productive noise on hearing and cardiovascular system of workers. Methods: The occupational health examination data of 621 workers exposed to noise in 21 enterprises in Lvxiang Community of Shanghai in 2018 were collected, among them, there were 415 males, the average age was(44.43±9.74) years old, and the average exposure noise working age was(6.77±5.86) years;there were 206 females, the average age was(44.27±7.02) years old, and the average exposure noise working age was(5.94±4.77) years. The detection of hearing impairment, hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram were analyzed. Results: Among 621 workers exposed to noise, the detection rate of hearing impairment was 31.24%, of whom 35.18% were male, 23.30% were female, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);with the increase of contact noise working age, the detection rate of hearing impairment showed an upward trend, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the abnormal detection rate of hypertension and electrocardiogram showed an upward trend with the increase of contact noise working age, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Noise has a serious impact on the hearing and cardiovascular systems of workers exposed to noise. We should increase our vigilance against noise hazards and take corresponding effective measures to prevent occupational damage caused by noise to workers.
