Corporate culture is considered as a reflection of the values shared by all members of an organization.Excellent enterprises have their own unique culture throughout the development of enterprises.To shape a good corporate culture,we should start with leadership,cultural carrier and how to build learning enterprises,and ultimately help enterprises better participate in market competition.
