摘要
腹痛是临床常见的症状,可见于多种疾病,亦可作为独立疾病存在。《伤寒杂病论》对腹痛具有丰富的论述,治疗腹痛的方剂疗效确切,其中蕴含着丰富的“角药”配伍形式,在临床中发挥着重要的作用。本文系统分析了《伤寒杂病论》治疗腹痛“角药”的配伍应用,其中6组独立成方之角药、6组作为方剂主要部分之角药以及多组联合应用之角药,为治疗腹痛遣方用药提供了有益探索。
Abdominal pain is a common clinical symptom found in many diseases and can also exist as an independent disease.In Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,there is rich discussion on abdominal pain.The prescriptions for abdominal pain are exact,containing abundant compatibility forms of angle medicines,which play an important role in clinical practice.This paper systematically analyzes the compatibility application of angle medicines for abdominal pain in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,including 6 groups of angle medicines as independent prescription,6 groups as the main part of the prescription and multiple groups for combination treatment.It provides a useful exploration for the treatment of abdominal pain.
