摘要
文章基于项目全生命周期的概念对省级气象装备信息管理系统的物联网管理理念进行设计,以数据融合技术为后台支撑,实现气象物资的装备项目、采购申报、采购计划、合同、出入库、寄存等多项管理以及出存审批功能。该系统的实现使得装备物资业务流程信息化增强,在业务应用中切实可行。
Based on the project life-time provincial meteorological equipment information management system,adopting the concept of Internet of Things management and with data fusion technology as the background,this paper realizes the functions of meteorological materials and equipment project management,procurement declaration management,procurement planning management,contract management,inbound and outbound management,deposit approval,and deposit management etc.The realization of the system makes the informatization of the equipment and materials business process more effective,practical and feasible in business applications.
