摘要
目的:分析农村基本公共卫生服务背景下村卫生室对高血压的管理和服务现状,探究高血压患者对村卫生室满意度的影响因素。方法:应用多变量逻辑回归分析满意度的影响因素,OR和95%CI估计用于评估预测因子与满意度之间的关系。结果:农村患者对村卫生室高血压管理的知晓率低(49.4%),村医对高血压患者的随访率低(电话回访率为31.6%,家庭随访率为33.9%),对高血压宣传教育普及率低(46.5%)。对村卫生室开展的预防保健工作的满意度(95%CI:11.883-90.656)和对村医的信任(95%CI:3.464-25.357)是影响满意度的重要预测因子。结论:村卫生室高血压管理效果较差,对村卫生室预防保健服务的满意度高,医患信任良好。
Objective:To analyze the management and service status of hypertension in village clinics under the background of rural basic public health services, and to explore the influencing factors of the satisfaction of patients with hypertension to the village clinics.Methods:The multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of satisfaction OR and 95% CI estimates were used to evaluate the relationship between predictors and satisfaction.Results:The awareness rate of rural patients on hypertension management in village clinics is low (49.4%), the follow-up rate of patients with hypertension by village doctors was low (The telephone follow-up rate was 31.6% and the family follow-up rate was 33.9%) and the prevalence of hypertension education is low.The degree of satisfaction to the preventive health care (95%CI:11.883-90.656) and trust in village doctors (95% CI:3.464-25.357) were important predictors of the degree of satisfaction of village clinics.Conclusion:The effect of hypertension management in village clinics is poor, the satisfaction of patients on prevention health services in village clinics is high, and the trust between doctors and patients is good.
