摘要
预制混凝土外墙挂板与主体结构连接方式一般分为点支撑和线支撑,点支撑连接方式属于柔性干式连接方式,目前装配式预制混凝土外墙挂板项目中干式连接方式应用较少,缺少施工经验。金华人民医院项目通过对其施工工艺技术攻关,有效解决了外墙挂板与主体结构的连接紧固,以及预制混凝土外墙挂板安装的位置、标高、垂直度等诸多难题。
The connection modes of prefabricated concrete external wall hanging plate and the main structure are generally divided into point support and line support. The point support connection mode belongs to flexible dry connection mode. At present, the dry connection mode of prefabricated concrete external wall hanging plate project is seldom used and lacks construction experience. The project of Jinhua People's Hospital has solved many problems, such as the connection between the external wall hanging board and the main structure, the location, elevation and verticality of the installation of the prefabricated concrete external wall hanging board.
