摘要
目前高层住宅应用铝合金模板比较广泛,铝模板应用过程中,通过三维配模,加工全过程控制,扫码复核数量等措施,达到铝合金模板免实体预拼装的目的,使得供货周期缩短,生产成本减少,并且节约拼装场地。通过工程应用的总结、分析,对实行免实体预拼装的过程进行技术探讨。
At present, the application of aluminum alloy formwork for high-rise residential buildings is relatively extensive. In the application process of aluminum alloy formwork, through the three-dimensional mold matching, the whole process control, the scan code number review and other measures, it achieves the purpose of the aluminum alloy formwork without physical pre-assembly. The supply period is shortened, the production cost is reduced, and the assembly site is saved. Through the summary and analysis of the engineering application, the technical discussion on the process of implementing the entity-free pre-assembly is carried out.
