摘要 为解决某厂2台330MW循环流化床机组锅炉AGC系统一直无法自动投入的问题,结合该厂燃烧控制系统的运行特点,在对锅炉进行了一、二次风的扰动试验后,通过分析得到床温、主蒸汽压力的动态响应特性,优化了床温修正一、二次风配比的控制方案。结果表明:采用新的控制策略后,实现了机组AGC系统自动投入,保证了机组运行的稳定性和可靠性。 To solve the problem that the automatic generation control (AGC) system of 2×330 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers could not be able to run in auto mode,disturbance tests were conducted on the boiler primary air and secondary air considering the operation features of the combustion control system.Based on analysis of the test results,dynamic response characteristics of the main steam pressure and bed temperature were obtained,and subsequently the control strategy was optimized by bed temperature trim,covering the proportion of the primary to secondary air flow.Results show that the AGC system is now able to operate automatically after the new control schemes are applied,which helps to achieve stable and reliable operation of the unit significantly.
