某高层建筑结构置换改建过程中过渡钢结构体系安全性有限元分析

摘要 既有高层建筑置换型结构改建是通过对原结构受力构件进行加固、拆除、置换,实现结构受力体系改善或转变的施工过程,技术难度巨大。以国内某高层建筑置换型结构改建项目为例,在结构置换方案基础上,分析改建过程中过渡钢结构的最不利工况,并对其进行有限元模拟计算,从振型、变形、应力、典型柱强度及稳定性等方面综合评定过渡钢结构的安全性能,为结构置换流程可行性提供理论依据。 The replacement and reconstruction of existing high-rise buildings is a construction process to improve or transform the structural system through strengthening, dismantling and replacing the original structure elements, and it is of great technical difficulty. According to a replacement and reconstruction project of domestic high-rise building, the most unfavorable condition of transition steel structure in reconstruction process is analyzed based on the structural replacement scheme, and the finite element analysis of the steel structure is carried out. The safety performance of the transition steel structure is evaluated from the aspects of vibration mode, deformation, stress and strength and stability of typical column, which is seen as theoretical basis for the feasibility of structural replacement process.
