摘要
概述了我国数字化图书馆的建设情况,从信息资源数字化、信息资源传递网络化两方面入手,分析了数字化图书馆的主要功能特点。提出我国数字化图书馆建设存在的问题,如网络化、自动化发展水平与高新技术发展速度不匹配,设备的购置和利用水平低下,人员素质不高,服务观念和方式落后,存在"信息孤岛"问题等。阐述了数字化图书馆的未来发展趋势,如实现全球信息共享、实现数字化保存、引进关键技术、加强标准化研究力度及资金投入力度,人才匮乏问题有望得到解决,以期促进我国数字化图书馆事业未来的发展,使数字化图书馆能够更好地为人们提供信息服务。
This paper summarizes the construction of digital libraries in China,and analyses the main functions and characteristics of digital libraries from the aspects of digitalization of information resources and networking of information resources transmission.It points out the problems existing in the construction of digital libraries in China,such as the mismatch between the development level of networking and automation and the development speed of high and new technology,the low level of equipment purchase and utilization,the low quality of personnel,the backward concept and mode of service,and the "information island" problem.It expounds the future development trend of digital libraries,such as realizing global information sharing,realizing digital preservation,introducing key technologies,strengthening standardization research and capital investment,and shortage of talents,with a view to promoting the future development of digital libraries in China and making digital libraries possible,and providing better information service for people.
