摘要
从20世纪90年代至今,我国金刚石绳锯技术经历了20多年的不断发展,为国家石材矿山开采现代化和经济发展做出了卓越的贡献,成为世界金刚石绳锯市场最大的生产国和出口国,年产量达300多万米。企业不但实现了规模化生产,还开展自主创新,将繁杂的手工操作转化为自动生产线,大大提高了绳锯生产水平并保证了产品质量。矿山开采绳锯机更是遍布世界二十多个国家,至今售出3500台,成为我国超硬材料行业最为成功的设备出口项目。相对于同是柔性工具的金刚石线锯,则在不到十年的时间里发展神速,受光伏市场需求的驱使,一跃而成为世界金刚石线锯生产大国,其产量和产值遥遥领先,可视为我国发展战略性新兴产业中的一朵奇葩,市场前景无可限量。
