摘要
目的探讨D型人格对帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者生活质量的影响。方法便利抽样收集2015年11月至2018年2月期间在吉林大学第二医院诊治的175例PD患者作为研究对象,借助D型人格量表-14进行D型人格鉴定,并将其分为D型人格组和非D型人格组。应用非运动症状量表进行非运动症状评估,应用帕金森病调查问卷-39评估患者生活质量,应用多元线性逐步回归分析生活质量与D型人格的关系。结果在175例参与者中,D型人格组62例(35.4%),该组低收入家庭、运动波动的患者比例较高,且生活质量总分及各领域评分均高于非D型人格组(均P<0.05);多元线性逐步回归分析显示D型人格与PD患者生活质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论D型人格的PD患者的生活质量水平显著下降。因此,掌握PD患者的D型人格特征对于制定护理策略、提高患者生活质量具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To explore the influence of type D personality on the quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods From November 2015 to February 2018,175 PD patients who met the criteria of diagnosis and treatment in the Second Hospital of Jilin University were selected by convenience sampling method.Type D personality was identified by the D-type Personality Scale-14 and the subjects were classified into the D-type personality group and the non-D-type personality group.Non-motor symptoms scale was used for non-motor symptoms assessment and Parkinson′s Disease Questionnaire-39 was used to assess the quality of life.Multiple linear stepwise regression was used to analyze the relationship between quality of life and type D personality.Results Among the 175 participants,62 cases (35.4%) had D-type personality.Compared with the non-D-type personality group,the proportion of low-income families,motor fluctuation and the total score of life quality and scores in various fields in D-type personality were higher (all P <0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between type D personality and total quality of life in PD patients ( P <0.05).Conclusions D-type personality is significantly associated with decreased quality of life in patients with PD.Understanding D-type personality characteristics in PD patients has certain guiding significance for the development of nursing strategies and improving the quality of life of patients.
