摘要
"一带一路"倡议下,中国与中亚五国的能源合作从单纯的能源贸易往来向具体的能源项目合作发展,总体合作呈现积极态势。通过对合作现状分析发现,其中存在的问题与当今复杂的国际形势阻碍了中国与中亚五国更深层次的能源合作。因此,应强化对中亚能源的多边合作;对接战略目标,提升合作参与积极性;创新基础建设合作模式,构建良好的基础设施网络。
Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, energy cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries has developed from a simple energy trade mode to specific energy project cooperation, showing a positive trend in the overall cooperation. However, the analysis on the current situation of the cooperation also shows that there exist some problems which, together with the complex international situations today, have hindered deeper energy cooperation between China and the five Central Asian countries. Therefore, China should strengthen the multi-lateral energy cooperation with other countries;match each other’s strategic goals with the five Central Asian countries and enhance active participation in the cooperation;innovate infrastructure construction cooperation mode and construct fine infrastructure network.
