摘要
通过上位机人机界面所提供的表格修改PLC梯形图中的相关参数,实现了用科学的表格结构的办法,灵活地改变程序的不同执行路径,从而达到用较少的程序空间完成不同的工艺过程。这种办法大大提高了PLC的性能,节省了PLC资源,提高了PLC的控制速度。
This paper illustrates the in-depth development and utilization of PLC on electroplating production line.By utilizing the table structure programming and scientific decision table algorithm, and also using host computer human interface to modify parameters of PLC ladder diagram to reduce the size of the control program, in order to complete varies crafting process efficiently.The performance of PLC has been improved dramatically and reduce the PLC resources usage, as long as increasing the efficiency of PLC control.
