摘要
目的 观察评价经椎弓根后路短节段非融合固定治疗胸腰椎骨折(Thoracolumbar fractures,TF)的临床疗效。方法 选择2016年2月至2017年10月本院收治的胸腰椎骨折106例,按照数字表法随机分为两组,各53例。观察组给予经椎弓根后路短节段非融合固定治疗;对照组采取经椎弓根短节段后外侧植骨融合固定治疗,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果 观察组手术时间、出血量分别为(38.75±9.64)min、(132.58±38.47)ml,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组术后影像学的椎体前缘高度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);两组术后影像学后凸畸形角度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组总优率为94.34%与对照组92.45%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经椎弓根后路短节段非融合固定治疗胸腰椎骨折,伤椎复位满意、固定安全、可行、牢靠。脊柱稳定性好,及早的方便患者伤椎早期愈合和功能锻炼。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transpedicular short-segment non-fusion fixation for thoracolumbar fractures (TF). Methods A total of 106 patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method. 53 patients in the observation group were treated with posterior pedicle and short segment non-fusion fixation, and 53 patients in the control group underwent transpedicular pedicle screw fixation. And the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and blood loss of the observation group [(38.75±9.64)min,(132.58±38.47)ml] were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the angle of kyphosis between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the total excellent rate between the observation group and the control group (94.34% vs.92.45%, P>0.05). Conclusion Transpedicular short-segment non-fusion fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is satisfactory, safe, feasible, and reliable. The stability of the spine is good, and it is convenient for early healing and functional exercise of the injured limb.
