摘要
目的:对湿热中阻型中度、重度慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢性乙肝)患者采用加味茵陈蒿汤联合西药治疗的效果进行探讨。方法:选取我院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的64例肝胆湿热型中度、重度慢性乙肝患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合茵陈蒿汤治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:治疗后两组患者肝功能指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组各指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗总有效率方面,观察组(93.75%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对中度、重度慢性乙肝患者采用加味茵陈蒿汤联合西药治疗,对患者肝功能有明显改善作用,治疗效果显著,在临床中值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of the Yinchenhao decoction (茵陈蒿汤) with western medicine on moderate to severe chronic hepatitis B with the Shire Zhongzu type (湿热中阻型). Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The group was treated with the Yinchenhao decoction more. Results: The liver function indexes in two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05), and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Efficiency in the observation group (93.75%) was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yinchenhao decoction with western medicine on moderate to severe chronic hepatitis B with the Shire Zhongzu type is effective, can significantly improve the liver function, and is worthy of popularization and application.
