摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理在提高艾滋病患者自我管理和生活质量中的临床价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年1月住院确诊为艾滋病的100例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(出院常规护理50例)和观察组(出院延续性护理50例)。出院后随访3个月,采用一般自我效能感量表比较两组患者自我效能感;采用SF-36评分比较两组患者生活质量;并比较两组患者自我管理能力及对护理的满意度。结果:随访3个月,观察组自我效能感、生活质量以及自我管理能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者较对照组对护理更为满意(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理能提高艾滋病患者自我管理能力及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of continuous care in improving self-management and quality of life of AIDS patients. Method: 100 patients with AIDS diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into the control group(discharged routine nursing, 50 cases) and the observation group(discharge continuation care, 50 cases), according to random number table method. After 3 months of follow-up, the GSES scores were used to compare the self-efficacy of the two groups. The SF-36 scores were used to compare the quality of life of the two groups. The self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result: After 3 months of follow-up, the self-efficacy score and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the self-management ability of the observation group was stronger than that of the control group(P<0.05). The observation group was more satisfied with the nursing than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Continuous care can improve the self-management ability and quality of life of AIDS patients, and can be more recognized by patients.
