摘要
随着5G时代的开启,5G标准与5G专利成为热词,标准必要专利再次成为创新主体关注的焦点。通过标准必要专利的信息挖掘技术,一方面,可以帮助企业确定研发重点和方向、突破技术瓶颈,提高研发的起点和效率;另一方面,为中国自主的标准创立提供一定的启示。本文通过对现有的专利挖掘技术进行梳理,对可以应用到标准必要专利的信息挖掘方法进行了多角度归纳。
With the opening of the 5G era, 5G standards and 5G patents have become hot words, and standard essential patents have once again become the focus of innovation. Through the information mining technology of standard essential patents, on the one hand, it can help enterprises to determine the focus and direction of R&D, break through technical bottlenecks, improve the starting point and efficiency of R&D;on the other hand, it can provide certain enlightenment for the establishment of China's independent standards. This paper analyzes the existing patent mining technology and conducts multi-angle induction on the information mining methods that can be applied to standard essential patents.
