摘要 注塑工艺是内饰塑料成型中的重要成型方式,注塑工艺最容易产生的缺陷是翘曲变形。文章提出了基于Moldflow软件及分割有限元模型的翘曲变形优化方法。以副仪表板上体变形问题作为研究点,以局部加筋的方式来抑制变形,并且研究了筋的高度、根部长高比、根部R角和C角的大小4个因素对抑制变形的作用。通过将问题区域分割出来进行局部有限元分析发现,在改善内收变形效果方面,有筋比无筋效果好,高位三角筋比低位三角筋好,筋根部倒R角比倒C角好,且增长筋的长高比越大越有效。本例采用的化整体为局部、局部再反馈到整体的闭环方法,对于解决大零件的变形问题有很好的启示作用。 Injection process is an important process of interior plastic parts,in which warpage is the most common defect. In this paper,an optimization method of the warpage is proposed based on Moldflow and local FEA. The automotive interior parts CNSL panel is taken as the object;ribs are added to restrain warpage. And research about effects against warpage of rib ’s height,root length-height ratio,root R and C angle are made. Through partial CAE analysis,the R-model,high length-height ratio ribs are found to be more effective against warpage,and a study is made to find solution,then the result is applied to the whole part for validation. The research is significant to warpage research field,especially for the large parts. Besides,the local FEA study has a great impotance of practice.
