晶体海绵法在天然产物结构测定中的研究进展

摘要 天然产物的结构测定在天然产物研究和新药发现中发挥了至关重要的作用。近年来发展出新技术和新方法用于结构测定,尤其是晶体海绵法。晶体海绵是一种多孔金属复合物,可以吸收目标分子并使目标分子有序排列在其孔道中,然后通过传统的单晶X射线衍射可以确定其结构。本文综述了近年来晶体海绵法在天然产物结构测定中的研究进展,以及晶体海绵法的局限性和前景。 The structural determination of natural products has played a critical role in the study of natural products and new drugs discovery.New technologies and methods for structural identification have been developed recently,especially crystalline sponge method.Crystalline sponges are porous metal complexes that can absorb and orient the target molecules in their pores and determine their structures by conventional single-crystal X-ray diffraction.This paper reviewed the research progress of crystalline sponge method in natural products structure determination,as well as the limitations and prospects of the crystalline sponge method.
