摘要
“两区”建设是国家基于张家口地区独特的生态环境和水资源优势为其今后发展所提出的重要指示和要求。对于深化张家口绿色生态产业发展、促进京津冀协同发展、打赢张家口扶贫攻坚战和实施乡村振兴战略起到了极为重要的作用。本文以张家口“两区”建设为研究对象,对其在扶贫攻坚战中所发挥出的巨大效用展开了深入的探究。通过对“两区”建设内涵的解析,探究了“两区”建设在扶贫工作中的重要意义,并通过对目前“两区”建设问题及挑战的分析,详细介绍了未来张家口在“两区”建设,加快扶贫攻坚战的具体策略进行了详细的介绍。
The construction of"two zones"is an important instruction and requirement for the country's future development based on the unique ecological environment and water resources in Zhangjiakou area.It has played an extremely important role in deepening the development of the green ecological industry in Zhangjiakou,promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,winning the fight against poverty in Zhangjiakou,and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Taking the construction of the"two zones"in zhangjiakou as the research object,this paper explores its great utility in the fight against poverty.Through the analysis of the connotation of the construction of the"two zones",this paper explores the significance of the construction of the"two zones"in the work of poverty alleviation.Through the analysis of the current construction problems and challenges of the"two zones",it introduces in detail the construction of the"two zones"in Zhangjiakou in the future.The specific strategies to speed up the fight against poverty are introduced in detail.
