摘要
在目前新的教育发展形势下,职业院校应当给积极谋求自身良好的发展方式,票据管理对高职院校财务管理工作的优化具有重要的促进作用,但是目前高职院校票据管理中存在着缺乏对信息化方式的运用,票据管理流程不够规范,对票据的财务监管难度加大等问题,预开性的票据脱离学校自身的财务管理体系,难以对其的有效监管,制约了高职院校票库管理工作的顺利进行。文章结合职业院校财务工作实际,从提升票据管理的信息化化建设、规范票据管理流程、加大对票据的监管力度,提出了完善高职院校票据管理工作的措施。
In the present situation of education development, vocational college should have good self-development way.Notes management has the important facilitation for financial management in higher vocational colleges, but in notes management in higher vocational colleges, there are such problems as lacking informatization method, non-standard management process, greater difficulties of financial regulation of notes,etc., therefore, some countermeasures can be taken,such as enhancing informatization construction of notes management, standardizing the process of notes management,strengthening notes regulation, puting forward measures of improving bill management in higher vaational colleges.
