摘要
本文主要依据《输电线路全寿命周期建设技术导则》,结合工程实际条件,对线路节能导线LCC成本进行敏感性分析;确定敏感因素及其影响的趋势和程度,深化导线选型经济评价内容。对于110千伏线路分析表明:节能导线单价、线路年最大负荷利用小时数、年平输送容量、电力工程投资回收率以及电价共5个因素,对导线LCC成本的敏感度高。
According to transmission line construction in whole life cycle of technical guidance, combined with practical engineering conditions, this paper analyzes sensitivity on the line energy-saving conductor LCC cost to ensure the sensitive factors and the effect trend and degree and deepen the cable type economic evaluation content. The analysis results of 110 kV transmission line reveal that five factors of the unit price of energy-saving conductor、the maximum load of the line in hours using、the average annual transport capacity、power engineering investment recovery rate and electricity prices are the most sensitive to the conductor LCC cost.
